We also offer deep-dive workshops that produce detailed design documents. The time frame of the deep-dive workshop varies depending on the scope of the project.

Deliverables

The self service workshop produces a findings document which includes a high-level design along with multiple strategies and recommendations. Accompanying that document is a high-level project plan that can be used to budget, staff and plan your project.
