IntraSee's workshops are customized to our clients' needs. We offer a two-to-four-day session that generates high-level designs, strategies and project planning. We also offer deep-dive workshops that produce detailed design documents. The time frame of the deep-dive workshop varies depending on the scope of the project.

Deliverables

The Portal workshop produces a findings document which includes a high-level design along with multiple strategies and recommendations. Accompanying that document is a high-level project plan that can be used to budget, staff and plan your project. We also offer an option to completely visualize the solution with sophisticated visual compositions, such that everyone can easily understand what they are agreeing to, and the benefits can be easily explained to executives and departments alike.
