Come see us at HEUG Alliance 2011!
IntraSee is excited to be exhibiting and presenting at this year's Alliance conference in Denver. We've had lots of conversations in Higher Ed with campuses looking to take student self-service farther, pairing PeopleSoft with the experience these users are expecting in the social "2.0" world of technology. There's been great interest in extending portals to include other community members - parents, prospective students, alumni - as well as enhancing the usability of ERP applications for administrative users. We've two sessions on these topics at Alliance this year. We'll be sharing our thoughts on how these ideas can become reality, and we'll even share a sneak-peak at an amazing portal we're working on with the University of Missouri System. Zachary March, M.Ed, Director of eLearning and Distance Education, will join in as a guest speaker in our Tuesday morning session. You don't want to miss this!
Stop by booth #424 during Alliance; we'd love to chat with you about your ideas! Also, follow us on Twitter - @intrasee - before, during and after the conference for the latest updates.

Alliance Session 1:
Setting a Campus 2.0 Strategy with PeopleSoft Portal
A recent 2010 Gartner survey found Web 2.0 to be a top 3 technology priority while process improvement was the top priority in the organizations. Marry those two priorities and you have Campus 2.0, a major focus for many organizations in 2010. This session will help you determine what it takes to become Campus 2.0 capable. We will show you how you can create a Campus 2.0 strategy by bringing your self-service, content, and processes all together with the PeopleSoft portal. Your portal can be as intuitive as Internet sites like Facebook or Google. You can use social networking in the workplace to help your employees get their jobs done more effectively, plus put in place controls so that HR can easily manage risk. All with the PeopleSoft portal.
Session Number 29694 Tuesday, Mar 29, 2011 09:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Alliance Session 2:
Enterprise 2.0 Capabilities of the PeopleSoft Ecosystem
On campuses, professors, students, and administrators are using sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Wikipedia while they interact and learn on the internet. Meanwhile, your current HR self-service and Campus Solutions are not employing that kind of functionality and may be seen as archaic and confusing by the people using them. In this session, you'll learn how create an Enterprise 2.0 strategy by bringing your self-service, content, and processes together using the PeopleSoft Applications Portal, Workspaces, and related content. Your PeopleSoft ecosystem can be the equal of the top internet sites. You can use social networking with PeopleSoft to help your campus constituents work more effectively and enjoy the experience.

"How Do I...?"
"How do I ___?" This question is a precursor to action. Whether asked by a student ready to apply for grad school, an alumnus hoping to fund a scholarship, or a staff member looking to modify benefits, you've got a user ready to act now. Make it easy for them! IntraSee's "How Do I" engine lets you craft the answer and pair it with the action item right in your PeopleSoft system. Visit us at booth #424 for your own demonstration.
