Commentary: A highly discussed and desired feature in the portal is the ability to subscribe to email alerts of news publication information in the portal. Thus allowing a much more efficient means of disseminating information across any organization. This functionality is not delivered out of the box, but can be enabled using delivered API's. This demonstration shows a working example of news publication alerts.
