Paul Isherwood

Co-Founder

Paul has been a leading innovator and implementation expert in the software industry for the past twenty years. His background involves leading a software company in England, building Portal, Security, and Integration practices within PeopleSoft Consulting, and co-founding IntraSee. Paul's passion for software and his ability to apply this passion to innovative yet practical solutions has led to him being a much sought after speaker at industry conferences such as Oracle Open World, Alliance, IHRIM, and many others.

Daron Zwink

VP of Product Strategy

Daron's passion for technology, outstanding communications skills, and drive for success has helped many customers' gain the maximum benefit from their ERP investment. As one of IntraSee's founding members, Daron has been a leader and innovator in many areas. He is an acknowledged expert in the design and implementation of Web 2.0 ERP solutions and is a regular speaker at conferences, including Oracle OpenWorld. By using state-of-the-art integration, technology, and usability techniques, Daron delivers award winning solutions that are both friendly and intelligent. Prior to joining IntraSee, Daron worked for both PeopleSoft and Oracle Consulting where he lead in areas such as portal technology, integration, security and usability. Daron received his Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Networking from Purdue University.

Dan Frank

VP of Product Development

Dan's technical experience, coupled with his ability to interpret the needs of his clients, has allowed him to provide visionary, yet practical, solutions to many customers. While an expert in portals, Dan is widely known for his knowledge and vision regarding Web 2.0, ADA 508 compliance and Information Security amongst Fortune 500 companies and the Federal Government. His ability to think outside the box, apply best practice design methods, and outstanding strategic skills has allowed him to implement solutions that exceeded expectations while keeping within his customer's budget. Prior to joining the IntraSee team, Dan worked as a key member of the services division of both PeopleSoft and Oracle. Dan has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor as well as a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.

Mark Aiman

Director

Mark's vast technical expertise, combined with his business experience, allows him to create practical, yet imaginative solutions for his clients. Mark came to IntraSee from IBM where he served as a Software Architect focusing on integration of enterprise systems. Prior to that, he was an IT Director at Purdue University in addition to teaching technical curriculum. He is also an acknowledged expert in SOA and systems architecture. Mark brings value to projects in the form of many different roles, from strategic advisor, to software architect, to performance load test engineer, or the project lead for an entire implementation. His diverse background allows him to provide assistance with all of the areas of an ERP project. Mark has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.

Andrew Bediz

Co-Founder

Andrew founded IntraSee with Paul after spending much of his career in the enterprise software industry. Prior to IntraSee, Andrew was with IBM and PeopleSoft where his responsibilities included product development, product strategy, consulting services and business development. His sessions at leading industry conferences, including PeopleSoft Connect, Collaborate, Oracle OpenWorld, and Alliance/HEUG, are very popular. Andrew is particularly well known for his expertise in portals, design/usability, integration, and high performing architectures. Andrew has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Chuck Richey

VP of Technology Infrastructure

Chuck has over fifteen years of experience in the software industry and is an acknowledged expert in the fields of AJAX development, ERP systems, usability and software design. His communication skills, passion for teaching and massive knowledge of all things technology are much appreciated by his many customers. Chuck can act as a strategic advisor, software architect or a lead for an entire implementation. His ability to provide assistance on any subject makes him a unique member of any project, and his unflappable nature makes him a welcome addition to any situation. All Chuck's projects benefit from completely modular and extensible designs that far exceed expectations and continue to add value long after the project is complete.

Chris Couture

Director

Chris has built his reputation by finding ways clients can maximize their IT investments and meet business critical needs with technology. His passion for knowledge transfer is evident through many presentations at Oracle Openworld, PeopleSoft Connect, and HEUG/Alliance. Chris started working with Oracle PeopleSoft products in the mid-1990s and, since then, has consulted across markets with clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. Whether leading their project from initiation through go-live, diving into the stream of their fast-moving implementation, or returning to build upon their past success, clients always remark about Chris' near two decades of knowledge and his focus on user experience. Chris holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
