Q: Does that mean that you only do strategy and planning?

A: No, having implemented PeopleSoft applications for the past ten years we also have a wealth of experience in managing and implementing projects. We also provide project management oversight, quality assurance, as well as complete implementation services.

A: Yes. Portals, Integration, Architecture, Security Infrastructure and Performance.

Q: Do you provide service offerings in any other technology areas?

A: In the areas where we are not experts we will work with you to assemble a team that will best fit your needs. Q: What does Security Infrastructure include?

A: Lots of things. Single Signon, authorization, authentication, LDAP, PeopleSoft Directory Interface, Internet deployment of PeopleSoft applications. (various configurations at differing levels of security).

Q: How do you price your projects?

A: Our experience is that most customers prefer to fix the fee of our projects. That way the cost of the service is known up front. Of course we recognize that every customer is different and we are happy to work with you to provide the pricing model that you feel most comfortable with. We are looking to build long standing relationships with all our customers, and to do that we will be competitive on price, as well as doing whatever it takes to make our customers successful.

Q: If you are not on my company's preferred vendor list can I still work with IntraSee?

A: Absolutely. We have relationships with other service providers, including Oracle, that allows us to subcontract through them. All you need to do is let us know your contact at the service provider and we can take it from there.

Q: Can you subcontract through one our preferred service providers?

A: Yes, we're here to make your lives simpler, not more complicated. We'll work with whatever process works best for you.

Q: Do you service customers outside the United States?

A: Yes. Our consultants work anywhere in the world. One of our co-founders is from England and worked in Europe before he came to the United States. The other co-founder has worked extensively in India managing off-shore development centers.
